  • Wi-Fi and Climate Control are available.

  • Sound system with Bluetooth to listen to your favorite tunes. 

  • Cutting and Lighting Services.

  • 10 complimentary cigars (additional cigars available for purchase).

VIP Package

LOCAL RATE: 

  • $300 per hour depending on package selected (additional costs may apply). 

  • Additional Hours Beyond Booking Time Frame:  $150 per hour. Must be purchased 30 minutes prior to end of event. 

  • Holiday Rate:  $175 per hour (additional to hourly rate or packages)

  • For daily or weekend rates please call for details.

 

OUT OF STATE OF VA: 

  • Out of State Hourly Rate $350 per hour (3 - hour minimum for Tier 1 Package, 5 -hour min for Tier 2 - VIP Packages) 

  • Additional Hours Beyond Booking Time Frame:  $200 per hour. Must be purchased 1 hour prior to end of event.                 

 DEPOSIT:​

  • 25% Deposit is required to book our services. Remaining balance is due 14 business days prior to the event. 

    • ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

EVENT SITE

  • SITE MUST ACOMODATE A 36FT MOBILE UNIT TO INCLUDE ENTRANCE​​

    • NO ROUGH TERRAIN/HILLY SURFACES/MUDDY SURFACES

    • We reserve the right to setup where we can avoid damage to our equipment to provide a safe and enjoyable experience.

FUEL SURCHARGE:

  • A fuel surcharge will be added to final invoice for travel above 35 miles.

  • If traveling over 100 miles there will be a fuel surcharge added to final invoice plus overnight lodging accommodations. (Contact Us for Details) 

 

ALL MOBILE LOUNGE PARTICIPANTS/GUESTS MUST BE 21+ YEARS OLD.
